Our principals spent nearly two decades each running high-end residential construction across the Las Vegas valley, first as carpenters and foremen, then as superintendents and project managers on custom homes from $2M to $6M.
Over those years the same pattern kept repeating. Owners were sold by one person, handed to another, and then spent the build chasing answers. The work was good, but the experience was not, and it was rarely a construction problem.
MRD Co. General Contracting exists to close that gap. We keep the project count low, the communication direct, and the supervision constant. Every project gets a principal who knows the plan set, the allowances, and the crew by name.
